Amtico parquet and Alternative’s Quirky B create exquisite flooring in client’s home

A delighted client who loves the impact the new flooring has made to their home is Jenny Cottam from Preston who recently had new flooring fitted in her entrance hall, stairs and landing as well as her living room. The original idea had been to fit out the entrance hall in carpet, but after some discussion Jenny opted for a period Amtico replica parquet wood floor in a herringbone pattern as it would prove far more practical with its exceptional durability characteristics in a busy entrance hall.

For the stairs, Jenny selected Alternative Flooring’s vivid and colourful Quirky B Margo Selby Fair Isle design in the Annie colour scheme. The award winning Quirky B patterned carpets come in contemporary geometrics, florals, paisleys and animal prints and are suitable for a range of rooms throughout your home.

Alternative Flooring’s Quirky B was also selected for Jenny’s living room and this time she opted for Honeycomb in Moss which has an eye-catching unique pattern. Created using beautiful woven Axminster it is hard wearing enough for any space in your home

The expert capabilities   of the fitters were certainly put to the test when they had to curve the Amtico parquet wood blocks around the round bullnose of the bottom step and follow the curving walls! It was very impressive.”
