Legal Firm Chooses Gainsborough To Provide New Flooring

Harrison Drury is an award-winning solicitors with a unique approach that centres around making it possible for clients. Situated in Preston’s historic Winckley Square at the heart of the city’s professional quarter, the company’s links with the city go back to the firm’s formation in 1901. 

Looking to refurbish their impressive office space, they approached Gainsborough Flooring to recommend and install new flooring to their reception area, corridor and the staircase.

Arriving at the stunning Harrison Drury office, visitors are likely to be struck by the bright and welcoming environment of the contemporary reception area. Amtico Spacia Featured Oak was installed in a circulation area creating a professional and attractive impression whilst ensuring durability to cope with the daily footfall from staff and visitors. 

Amtico are renowned for their expertise and innovation, and the combination of beautiful aesthetics, slip resistance and fantastic wear performance made it the ideal choice for the reception area and surrounding corridors.

The seating area in reception and main staircase which lead to numerous offices were fitted out with Tarkett’s Desso Stratos collection, constructed from a tufted loop pile made with 100% ECONYL®, a regenerated nylon yarn made from recovered waste materials. 

The project was completed over the course of a weekend to ensure there was no disruption to staff or clients.

The end result was really quite impressive with the flooring complementing the surrounding furnishings to create a warm and spacious feel to the area.
