We were recently recommended to a client in Grange Over Sands by their insurance company to fit flooring in three separate kitchens.

Our installation team used Balls 1200 fast drying screed to prepare the floor as there was only four hours in total for the whole installations process. The team even managed to fit the bathrooms with new flooring whilst the screed was drying in the kitchens!

The client chose Tarkett Texstar Cottage Slate Black for the kitchens which includes a textile-backing for outstanding acoustic and walking comfort. This cushioning underlayer makes it ideal for simplifying home renovations as the backing minimises subfloor preparation, covers slight imperfections and can even be installed over slightly damp subfloors. Its extreme protection makes this floor covering seven times more resistant than ordinary vinyl floors.
