Karndean Knight Tiles selected for Watling Street Road flats

Two flats were recently refurbished on Watling Street Road in Preston and we were commissioned to supply and fit the new flooring.

The client opted for Karndean Knight Tiles for both flats which were installed throughout the large kitchen areas along with the hallway and toilet on the ground floor.

Karndean Knight Tile Limed Oak is a popular flooring choice due to its versatility, and these planks are even more beautiful with a wash of grey hues creating a soothing backdrop to any décor. These Northern European boards were hand selected to ensure the perfect balance of straight grain and flowery planks. There’s also the option to add a matching Quadrant border to give extra definition and character. 

This design is available in a smaller 18” x 3” plank which can be laid in a herringbone or block design or a larger 36” x 6” plank, which can be combined in adjoining rooms to create a modern room to room design.

As the flats were empty the installations in both were quick and straightforward, and the finished product looked both welcoming and professional.
